3. Click on Link “click here to begin Registration”
4. Click Top Option, as everybody is new to this system
a. “Unless you have registered using the current website and registration system, Please select this option.
5. Enter in First Players Info: Name, Birthdate, Gender, Mothers Maiden Name, Home Phone – Press Continue
6. Enter in Player Registration Info: School grade, School, Program, Played Last Year, Uniform selections/needs, Medical Concerns
7. Household Registration Summary – if no other players, Click Button to Proceed to step 2 (Contact info), and proceed to step 11. Otherwise click “Add Another Player” Button
8. Enter Players Info: Name, Birthdate, Gender – Press Continue
9. Enter in Player Registration Info: School grade, School, Program, Played Last Year, Uniform selections/needs, Medical Concerns – Press Continue
10. Repeat if another player or until all players in household have been entered. If no more players proceed to step 11
11. Enter in Household Info: Address, Parents information, Emergency Contact – Press Continue
12. Enter in Donation (if applicable), Enter in Volunteer options - Press Continue
13. Overview Page, check your work, by clicking Blue link for Registration, or Contact info, Or Volunteer. If OK, Press “Continue to Checkout”
14. Checkout – This Page will show a summary and Total due.

1. If you choose to pay with Check, check must be mailed with confirmation page to the address below within 5 days :

a. You must print this page and turn into your manager for your registration to be complete with SRU.
b. Make two copies of this page, one for MN Rev and one for the parent’s records.
c. If you are paying by check you will need to turn in a copy of this page to show what you owe and a check with the amount you owe as stated above
d. Your password to get back into your registration for updates or future payments is on this sheet; make sure you keep a copy of this page for your records.
